His leadership emphasized operational excellence, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance, while fostering high employee engagement and guest satisfaction. Under his management, he consistently sustained Gross Operating Profit (GOP) and Net Operating Profit (NOP) margins that met or exceeded industry benchmarks. Her career highlights include leading rebranding and pre-opening hotel projects, demonstrating her ability to drive organizational success.
